Terms of Service

By engaging with Envy Themes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

Services Provided
Envy specializes in custom themes, coding, and website design for SellAuth and other platforms. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Custom website design and development
- Theme creation and customization
- Code implementation and troubleshooting
- Consultation and support for website-related projects
Payment and Fees
A payment of either 50% or 100% of the total project fee is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The required percentage will be specified in your project proposal or invoice.
The remaining balance (if any) is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
If the project is completed and the client fails to pay the 50% balance within 7 days of notification, the completed theme or website may be resold as a template to other clients. The client forfeits any claim to the work if payment is not received within this period.
We accept payment via cryptocurrency: Litecoin, Bitcoin, XRP, USDT, and Solana.
No Refunds Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:
- Completed or partially completed work
- Services rendered — design, coding, and consultation
- Digital products delivered — themes, templates, or code snippets
By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide all necessary materials, content, and information in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may cause project delays.
- Ensure all content provided (text, images, logos) does not infringe on third-party rights.
- Respond to project communications within 3–5 business days. Unresponsiveness for more than 14 consecutive days without prior notice may result in the project being paused or cancelled. Restarting may incur a restart fee.
Scope of Work
The project will be completed based on the scope agreed upon at the time of the initial proposal. If the client requests features or changes beyond the original scope, Envy reserves the right to revise the project quote. Work on any additional scope will not begin until a revised fee is agreed upon in writing.
Revisions and Edits
We offer one round of revisions per project. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of project delivery. After this period, the commission is considered accepted and closed. Changes requested after this window will be treated as a new project or billed separately.
Silence or continued use of the delivered product after the 7-day window constitutes acceptance of the work as complete and satisfactory.
Project Timeline
We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, and unforeseen circumstances.
Envy is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as third-party platform issues or client delays.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the final delivered product unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Envy Themes retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, or social media unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
Any pre-existing materials, templates, or code used in the project remain the intellectual property of Envy or their respective owners.
The client is responsible for ensuring proper licensing for any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, etc.). Envy is not liable for copyright or licensing issues arising from client-provided assets.
Account & Platform Responsibility
Envy is not responsible for issues arising from the client's SellAuth account, platform restrictions, or any changes made by SellAuth or other third-party platforms after delivery of the project.
Limitation of Liability
Envy is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of our services, including:
- Website downtime or technical issues
- Loss of data or content
- Third-party platform changes or restrictions
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business details, or sensitive data shared during the project. This does not restrict Envy from showcasing completed work publicly, as outlined in the Intellectual Property section.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project at any time with written notice. If terminated by the client after work has commenced, no refunds will be issued, and the client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.
Envy Themes reserves the right to terminate a project or order immediately and without refund if the client:
- Engages in, facilitates, or encourages the unauthorized distribution, leaking, or redistribution of any Envy Themes intellectual property, including themes, templates, code, or related assets;
- Engages in abusive, threatening, or bad-faith conduct toward Envy Themes or any of its staff; or
- Violates any other clause of these Terms, including but not limited to intellectual property misuse, initiating chargebacks, or fraudulent conduct.
In such cases, no refund will be issued regardless of the stage of completion, and Envy Themes reserves the right to decline future orders from the same client at its sole discretion.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith communication before pursuing legal action. Any unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
